During the off season; from March 11 - May 21 or from October 1 - November 18, rates are reduced by 20%. From November 19 thru March 12, rates are reduced 10% (unless a Holiday week, then add 15% to the in season rate).
A $350.00 deposit per week is required ($800.00 for a 2 week rental, and $1,500 for a 3 week rental). The full amount of the rental is due upon arrival and will be returned within 10 days of your departure, less any damages. A deposit is refundable for up to 10-weeks prior to the reserved date. A non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a different date the same year or in the next year. Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. If you cancel less than 3 weeks prior to your rental date, the entire rental amount is payable
