A $250.00 deposit is required (if the deposit is received prior to March 1, receive $50 off your weekly rental). The full amount of the rental is due upon arrival and will be returned within 10 days of your departure, less any damages. A deposit is refundable for up to 8 -weeks prior to the reserved date. A non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a different date the same year or in the next year. Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
