A $300.00 deposit per week is required. ($1,200 for a 3 week rental). The full amount of the rental is due upon arrival and will be returned within 10 days of your departure, less any damages. A deposit is refundable for up to 10-weeks prior to the reserved date. A non-refundable deposit can be transferred to a different date the same year or in the next year. Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. If you cancel less than 3 weeks prior to your rental date, the entire rental amount is payable.
